All accepted papers at FAIM 2026 will undergo peer review and be published in Lecture Notes in Mechanical Engineering (Springer) indexed by Scopus. A limited number of papers will be selected for Fast-Track publication on the high-ranked journals Robotics and Computer-Integrated Manufacturing (RCIM), and International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology (IJAMT).
There is a strict policy limiting the presenting author to two papers, along with maximum five affiliated manuscripts across the conference submissions. Each presenter/author or co-author can present only up to two papers in the conference. Only one full-length manuscript for fast-track journal publication is allowed. Presentation at the conference is mandatory; failure to present, will result in paper removal from proceedings or associated journals.
